Cabernet Franc
Franc ‘N Stern exhibits grotesquely dark ruby-purple color with horrific aromas that stitched together sweet boysenberry, mulberry and dark fruits along with notes of forest floor, leather, peppercorns and violets.
This “Boris” wine is monstrously complex, full bodied with ripe dark fruit, red plums, freshness, ripe tannins and length.
A fiendish rock and gravelly component plays on the palate around waves of chocolate and black currant. My namesake should shuffle around nicely for many years, if you can resist the temptation to consume
